By accessing or using PostFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PostFlow is an AI-assisted social media content management platform that generates, reviews, schedules, and publishes content on your behalf. You retain full editorial control: no content is published without your explicit approval.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or publish spam, hate speech, or illegal content
- Violate third-party intellectual property rights
- Violate the terms of any connected social platform
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls
5. Data Residency
Your data is processed and stored on servers located in the European Union (Germany) and the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these jurisdictions. If your local laws prohibit such transfers, you should not use the Service.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed through our Merchant of Record. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. You authorize automatic recurring charges per your chosen plan.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific publishing outcomes on third-party platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
